With the rapid development of economy and the continue progress of traffic project, the motorway bridge is more important in economic activities and social life, which makes the detection of bridge become more and more important. It is of significant importance to evaluate actual loading capacity of present bridges, to accumulate technical information, to improve the evaluation theories and the design criteria, etc. There is a huge number of bridges in China, and the majority is small or middle measure ones, in which the concrete gird bridge has a large proportion. However they do not have real-time monitoring system as large bridges and the static test does not be applied wildly because of its time-consuming and energy-consuming. Therefore the dynamic test becomes indispensable. On the base of a large number of reference and fore works about dynamic test technology, presents the relationship of two units (the rationαof theory frequency to self-vibrate frequency and the rationβof rest rigidity to motion rigidity) and their relation with reinforcing concrete gird.It concludes the regression relation between the self-vibrate attenuation of reinforcing concrete gird mode and the current rigidity of infrastructure under different loading history. It concludes the inter-discipline of structure rest rigidity and the motion rigidity by indoor static, dynamic analysing to reinforcing concrete gird mode anddeducing theα—βequation. After validating the static and dynamic test of a realbridge with the mode result mentioned above, it can warrant dynamic test to loading capacity of concrete bar.
