| The sewer in the urban sand sediment trap is so hard to clean, that makes many citizens feel discommodiousness. There is poisonous gas and drainage. Therefore, it is very dangerous for works to clean in the urban sand sediment trap.The subject is one of Harbin major science and technology projects. The prototype of the urban sand sediment trap is introduced in this paper. It can clean the sand sediment trap without labours working in the mal-condition, and it can raise productivity as well. Then the sewer can work well.Firstly, the operating principle of urban sand sediment trap cleaner is introduced. Basing on the design of clamshell excavator, lorry-mounted crane and oil tube spool, the general planning of urban sand sediment trap cleaner is presented.Secondly, the work environment, grabing clay and working index of clamshell excavator is analysed. The structure of telescopic jib crane is choosed and refited.thirdly, according to the working situation of the clamsell excavator, hydraulic pressure system is designed including schematic diagram. And parts of the hydraulic pressure system are also selected.Finally, the closed movement of the clamsell excavator is simulated through dynamics, according to which dynamic parameters of every parts are attained. Therefore, it is prove that the design of clamsell excavator is reasonable. |
