An important research subject is how to analyze the numerical simulation of near-field wave propagation. It is of a great importance to consider seismic response analysis of complex topography for the seismic response of structures and the safety estimation of earthquake resistant. It is a hot research topic in the field of earthquake engineering and geotechnical engineering. The paper, based on the FEM, simulating wave propagation, creating solution model of FEM, the error and solution bringing from finite element disperse are explained by software ANSYS. We gave some node's displacement, stress, acceleration and the dynamic stress concentration at the edge of circle cavity, discussing result. Our analytic work are main as follows:Scattering of transient P-wave and dynamic stress concentration problem are investigated by single circle and double circle shaped cavities in half space. Haven setting forth finite element method wave net lattice partition principle when P-wave is spreading in different medium, the result of finite element method and transmission and the result of displacement curve of the surface and the edge of cavity vs. time and the dynamic stress concentration factor of round hole are given.
