The Study On Chemical Steam-Water Quality On-Line Monitoring And Diagnosis System In Power Plant

With the development of the electric power industry, new request of advanced technique and management level are put forward for engineers during the course of building of new power plant or rebuilding of existing power plant. Improving management level of generating machine and the performance of operator dealing with fault are paid more attention to. So the online monitoring and diagnosis system of water vapor quality has been an important method for ensuring normal operating of power plant, dealing with fault in time and preventing accident.It is necessary to develop a new chemistry online monitoring and diagnosis system based on microcomputer suitable for power plant in China. The base of this system is continuous online monitoring. Some essential chemistry parameters and operating parameters are used as information, and the microcomputers collect signals automatically. The quality of water vapor are monitored and analyzed through diagnosis program provided by experts with abundant experience, and the putting in of chemical medicament are controlled automatically. The program also may prompt the operators how to deal with the abnormal phenomenon, and improve the judge performance and flexibility for meeting an emergency for operators equal to a level of diagnosis program. The application of chemistry medicament online monitoring and diagnosis technique is propitious to supervising operating.The programmable technique, variable-frequency speed control technique and improved PI algorithm are used in control system of boiler water supply system in this paper. The difficulty of manual control and worse reliability of DC speed control are removed. The proposed method may be applied in regulating of water supply system of power plant boiler, putting phosphate in boiler water, putting water quality stabilization medicine and vitriol in cycle cooling water, putting sterilization and reducing agent in pretreatment system of replenishment water, making the quality of waste water of electric power plant reaching the standard, chemistry cleanout, medicament measure during the course of protection of boiler halting, liquid medicament measure in pharmacy course, and etc. This system may satisfy online monitoring of any kind of putting chemistry medicament system. A certain margin has been set and it is helpful to system expanding. It is proved by practice that this system may not only satisfy production request, but also improve the monitoring, diagnosis and management level. Corporations can make more profit by this system.
