The global climatic change and energy supply safety are two challenges that the world is faced with at present. Developing the revived energy great strength is the major way to handle the two challenges. Wind power is main revived energy which can be commercial apply nowadays, and wind power installed capacity and wind power equipment manufacturing scale of our country already list in front in the world. Variable speed constant frequency wind power system have the merits such as it can regulate wind speed in great scale, it can make the wind energy utility coefficient maintain in best value, it also can absorb and memory gust energy, and reduce gust impact which can create fatigue breakage to wind power generator and control active power and reactive power. It becomes the trend of wind power system more and more.Firstly, the the general situation in the worldwide and the origin of this article are given, which backgroud is " Shenyang Longyuan Wanghai Temple wind field1.5MW variable speed constant frequency wind power unit engine wireless monitor system" in this thesis. Launching on the basic theory of variable speed constant frequency wind power system, the thesis puts forward the essential regulations of variable speed constant frequency control, design the electric variable pitch PLC implementing agencies. Discussing the vector control technique and back-to-back double PWM converting technique to double-fed asynchronous generator.Secondly, this paper analyses the control errand and the control flow of the sub-control section according to the monitoring function requirement of the power system., and also list its control parameters, and configure the control system’s hardware using the programmable logic controller of SIMENS S7-200, including the choose of CPU, digital module, analog module, temperature module and communication module. Studying variable structure control method which using fuzzy control and PID combining to control wind power generator variable pitch system. And gives the hardware composition and key ladder diagram programs. It achieves a method of offline calculation and online inquiry based on PLC. It makes the system maintain better robust and advance the response speed and the tracking performance.Finally, the wind power unit engine wireless monitor system is designed according to wind power unit widely dispersed, engine large numerical and require implement unmanned etc. This system can implement wireless communication and GSM connect to implement large scale monitor. It explains how to implement the hardware and software of the wireless monitoring system in this article. The characters of the wireless monitoring system has the characteristics as follows. Application for data transmission, data acquiring and long-distance monitoring. The system can be implemented via software module and hardware module based on the industrial field need. The system uses the design scheme can auxiliary control through embedding other systems.The system is used in scientific project " Shenyang Longyuan Wanghai Temple wind field1.5MW variable speed constant frequency wind power unit engine wireless monitor system", which has good performance.
