With the rapid development of highway construction in our country, bridge construction has come in the upsurge period. Because of the strong adaptability of terrain, the maturity of design and construction technology, long-span capability and the reasonable cost, the PC continuous rigid frame bridge is widely adopted. Continuous curved rigid frame bridge with long-span and high-pier combines the mechanical properties of curved girder bridge and rigid frame bridge, its structural analysis becomes more complex.Based on Bai shuichong Bridge, the MIDAS/CIVIL finite element software is adopted in this thesis to investigate the spatial mechanic characteristic of PC continuous rigid frame bridge in construction. Firstly, the analysis theory of curved girder bridge and the frequently used analysis methods in engineering are introduced and concluded in this thesis. This thesis summarizes the mechanical characteristics. theories and methods of PC continuous rigid frame bridge construction control. Through comparing the results of different curvature radius and different height of piers, the dead load, prestressing force, traveling carriage load, concrete shrinkage and creep are considered in the structural deformation during construction stages. Three typical work conditions such as maximal cantilever state, the closure of margin-span and middle-span are also analyzed. And the allocation rule of box-beam stress and deformation is summarized. For the construction of the bridge is all right and the beam axis shape is appeased by design request. the strategy of construction control is also analyzed. The results of the thesis give some experiences and advice to the design and construction of the similar PC continuous rigid frame bridge.
