On the basis of research results inside and outside of china, using structural analysis program MIDAS adopting spectrum analysis and time-history analysis methods, this thesis made a seismic response analysis of Huangcao Wujiang River Bridge. And then, seismic response law of the bridge was obtained.Huangcao Wujiang River Bridge is a pre-stressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge. The total span is 748m and main span 113m+200m+113m. The bridge whose location is important is situated on the field of 7 degree earthquake intensity.First, the model for calculation was made by using MIDAS program. Then, mode analysis was made to obtain behaviour of the bridge. Second, considering the influence of dynamic water to the seismic respose of the bridge, the standard seismic response spectrum is inputted from longitudinal, transverse and vertical direction respectively. Two kinds of seismic combinational modes, which are longitudinal plus transverse vibration and longitudinal plus transverse plus vertical vibration are considered. And then, seismic response of the bridge was obtained.Analysing the influence of the seismic response of the Huangcao Wujiang continuous rigid frame bridge by spectrum analysis.The method of time-history analysis of earthquake is applied to Huangcao Wujiang continuous rigid frame bridge, analysing the influence of the seismic response of the bridge by El-Centro wave.Obtainin some vaueable conclusions based on previons works from the spectrum analysis and time-history analysis.
