The Information System Of Tunneling Blasting Design And Its Construction

The quality and velocity of tunneling blasting design and its construction directly affect the safety, quality cost and time period of the tunnel construction. How to change the backward phase, of which the charts of blasting design schedule and quality management of construction are artificially completed, has become one of the problems to be urgently solved in blasting engineering and tunnel engineering.Through analyzing the actuality of tunneling blasting design and construction management as well as the feasibility of the database technique applied to the management of blasting parameters and construction data, the information system of tunneling blasting design and construction management is researched and developed in this thesis, so as to realize the systematization, automatization and standardization of data management of blasting design and construction.Proceeding from the process of tunneling blasting design and its construction, the parameters and data related to the blasting design and construction were selected, which included the geological data in the blasting region, the design data before blasting and the relative data of primary and detail design in blasting and the blast effect and the information of the builder as well as the information of the blast equipment. On the base of the analysis of system structure and function demand, the database structure and data-table structure of the information system of tunneling blasting design and construction management were determined by adopting relation data model and optimizing data mode.The database bpgl of the tunnel blasting design and the construction was established by using the database system (Microsoft Access). Based upon the datasheet structure, all of the datasheets and their main keys, indexes, relations were also established, which makes the data in the blasting database meet the needs of security, consistency and integrality in operation and management.Taking Delphi as the tool of the application system programming of tunneling blasting database and selecting ODBC as the developing technique of the database system, the application system of tunneling blasting design and construction management was obtained. This system consists of four parts which are system manage, blasting information manage, the information of the blast equipment manage, the information of the builder manage. The system menus and their dialog box interfaces were also given in the application system, which makes it possible to manage and operate the database bpgl of tunneling blasting design and construction in the dialog box interface. Therefore, it was realized that users may manage and operate the data in the process of the tunneling blasting design and construction through the information system of the tunneling blasting design and construction database.
