The PC continuous rigid frame bridge can satisfy the requirements of load-carrying capacity of long span bridge. This kind of structure is fit for the comfortable vehicle driving with no other expansion joints in the main span except those at the girder's ends. It is gained obviously quick development in recent years characterized by the unity of structure, good earthquake-resistant ability and load-bearing ability, construction rapidness, simple and statedly bridge style, easy to maintain and convenient for segmental construction using the cantilever technique. Nowadays, the PC bridge's (main span 150~300m) have taken an increasingly great proportion in bridges constructed and those under construction. For prestressed concrete structures, it is important to know how much the prestress loss is occurred and calutate the concrete creep exactly for the deflection of the structures. Firstly, this thesis starts from the point of concrete creep, analyses the creep mechanism and the factors affecting the creep, creep theory and the calculation method, discusses their impact on the deformation of girder. Secondly, starting from the prestress loss, disicusses its influence to the deflection and derives the corresponding conclusions. Most PC rigid frame bridges adopt the economical and reasonable segmental construction method, which may results in the complex change of internal forces and displancements in the bridge. The bridge construction control is an essential measure and process to ensure the quality and safety, and to decrease the deflection which might happen in main girder in the future. The third part of the thesis offers an introduction of the construction control method for the JiangAn Changjiang Highway Bridge.
