The landing gear designing is one of the most important tache in the designing of the airplane. The most important function of the landing gear is supporting and cushioning, so that it can ameliorate the situation of the standed forces which are acted in the vertical and the lognitudinal direction. When the airplane takes off, lands and moves on the ground, the landing gear must support and weaken the movement load in order to improve comfort and security for passengers. The contents of the landing gear designing is very large and it has a much extensive range and most complicated process, so the landing gear designing needs more research not only in the theory but also in the engineering. It is very significative in the project for reducing the cost of airplane research and improving the capability of airplane to analyze the dynamic characteristic of airplane landing gear by simulation technique.Firstly, the mathematics models of airplane landing gear system are established, the dynamic characteristics are analyzed and the landing equations are written according to the basic hypothesis of the mathematics models and the systemic differential equation. The cushion systematic component of forces such as the forces in the axisal direction of the supporting point, the air spring forces, the damp forces of the oil, the inner fiction forces, the vertical and the level inverted forces of the tyre and so on are calculated. The dynamical characteristics of the landing gear system are analyzed; Secondly, indopting the designing ideas of the blocking structures, basing on the software Visual C++, the three-dimensional simulation software of airplane gear is empoldered. Using the three-dimensional simulation software to simulate the real working situation of airplane landing gear and experimentalize the landing and dropping test simulation of undercarriage we can get the dynamical responding curves of the major landing gear and the front landing gear.The simulation results indicat that the cushional shorings compress rapidly and they can become the largest two seconds later when the landing gears bump the land, after this process the cushional shorings start the reciprocate and the current wears off until it level off. Whether the area of the shorings power curves is satiety or not can reflect the efficiency of the landing gear system. The working theory of the front landing gear is almost the same as the major landing gear's, but the impactive energy which the front landing gear absorbed is less when comparing with the major landing gear.
