The micro turbine generator(MTG) is a developing power generation system in recent years. With advantage of high reliable, remote-control, self-diagnosis, it is widely give to attention in aerospace and military field. Our country regards development of MTG and takes it to importance research and development project, but compare to America and European countries, our country has a large disparity of popularization and application of MTG. In this paper, it mainly researches magnetic bearing-rotor system dynamic characteristic problem. It offers a theoretic evidence for the structural of design parameter.Based on the tradition rotor-dynamic theory, in this paper, I research micro turbine magnetic suspension rotor system structure, the principle of work, electricity & voltage control strategy. Discuss the method of building bearing-rotor system mechanics model and calculation of bearing-rotor system mechanics. Analyze electromagnetic field and support characteristic of magnetic bearing. Educe the optimal support stiffness computational formula. Then analyze magnetic suspension rotor rigid model and flexible model, confirm their dynamic equation. With magnetic suspension rotor common dynamic calculation method, analyze the unbalance influence of magnetic suspension rotor and method of making it balance. Do the dynamic calculation and analysis of MTG high speed rotor system with the Riccati transfer matrix. Gain the system critical rotational speeds and their modal. Finally, discuss influence of critical rotational speeds, when magnetic rotor support stiffness transform. With ANSYS simulation result, testify the numerical result.Through this paper analyzed, summarize: MTG rated working rotational speed is far away from the. Rotor system is safe. This paper also offers academic evidence, which is structure resize measure, and optimize controller parameter.
