Because of the advantages of frictionless, no wear, without lubricating, no pollution, low consuming and long life, magnetic suspension rotor suits high or super high speed, vacuum condition and some of the special conditions. It has important scientific significance and broad application foreground in the fields of military affairs, space station, nuclear industry, energy source, chemical plant, traffic and so on. The corresponding products of magnetic bearing have been applied overseas, and it has not been applied in industry products in domestic.This thesis is major in the dynamic balancing research of flexile magnetic suspension rotor. The main research as follows:Firstly, brings forward it is necessary and important of balancing the magnetic suspension rotor based on the researchful actuality, development trend and existing question of the magnetic suspension rotor and the researchful actuality and existing problem of dynamic balancing technology and magnetic suspension rotor.Secondly, introduces some basic theories of dynamic balancing of magnetic suspension rotor, including composing and work elements of magnetic suspension rotor system, the sort of the rotor, the kind of imbalance, balancing technology and method of magnetic suspension rotor and so on and analyzes the dynamic characteristic of magnetic suspension rotor badly influenced by imbalance.Then, measures the imbalance of flexile magnetic suspension rotor based on the holospectrum, shows the unique superiority in flexile rotor balancing of holospectrum, analyzes the feasibility of balancing flexile magnetic suspension rotor using holospectrum and builds up the mathematic model of holobalancing of flexile magnetic suspension rotor and brings forward the method of imbalance compensation of magnetic suspension rotor.Finally, carries out dynamic balancing to magnetic suspension rotor using Scheck CAB590 dynamic balancing machine. Makes the academic emulational experiment to the magnetic suspension rotor controlled by decentralized control, and from the result of emulational experiment, we can conclude that the imbalance measure method and imbalance compensation method is efficient and the mathematic model is basically right. Therefore, puts forward the experimental scheme of the flexile magnetic suspension rotor.
