This paper takes the hydraulic test bench of multi-locations production lines as research object. I have done some careful study on electro-hydraulic position system and force system. This paper is based on the fluid mechanics and control theory. Set up the mathematic model of the asymmetrical cylinder controlled by symmetrical valve and do some deeply study,deduce the transfer function of the asymmetrical cylinder controlled by symmetrical valve and analyze it's characteristics.With the development of the PID control theory,I have done deep research on the access of system parameter and the study of the characteristics of the dletro-hydraulic position and force system. Adjusting the system using PID control theory under the MATLAB environment and obtained the system Bode diagram. Adjusting the system using phase anticipatory correction abtained the system step-response curve. Integrating this system is controlled by computer. We have designed the digital controlleor using analogue design method.AMESim software is the high-level project system simulation modeling environment which develops as France's IMAGINE Corporation. It has already obtained the widespread approval. But in our country, the using of this software is only at the blank stage,merely in some special domains (e.g. astronautics),we can see its form. This article succeeds utilization this software carries on the characteristic analysis and the simulation to the multi-locations production line hydraulic experimental bench, and has realized to the overall system optimized design. This is also an innovation in this paper.The entire system software development has laid the solid foundation for the experimental bench, after we have overcome the multitudinous difficulties,in satisfied the contact surface design simply,it has been direct-viewing,in the comprehensive request,made every effort to reduce the user the input value,raised the computer assistance level and the design automaticity. The user has obtained a comfortable operating environment.
