With the rapid development of science and technology, the control precision and speed for the modern equipment have been become increasingly demanding. Analog technology can no longer meet the needs of social development, and gradually replaced by digital technology.In the field of hydraulic control, hydraulic digital products shine in recent years of applied research. The research application of digital valves, digital cylinder and digital system at home and abroad is more and more widely.Through the analysis of the digital cylinder at home and abroad, this paper presents a new mechanic-electronic-hydraulic integrated control digital cylinder. The high-speed on/off valve works as a pilot control valve to the logic cone valve. Under the role of the controller, it sends a certain modulation rate to the high-speed on/off valve (digital valve) to control the flow and pressure of the cone valve, thus to achieve the motion control of the hydraulic cylinder. This control method can compensate for small output flow of the high-speed on/off valve. For the structure design of the hydraulic cylinder piston, the telescopic magnetic sensor is embedded in the rod, and it can feedback the piston real time velocity or displacement to the controller, to adjust the pulse width of the PWM signal to drive high-speed on/off valve, to achieve precise control of the hydraulic cylinder.Aimed for the new mechanic-electronic-hydraulic integrated control digital cylinder, through the simulation of the AMESIM, the feasibility of the system is verified. And subjected to an appropriate control strategy, it can achieve a higher control precision to meet the high-pressure, large flow of hydraulic drive requirements. Secondly, the control circuit is designed, including signal detection, high-speed on/off valve drive and the parameters set and display circuit. Finally, its structural design and verification is carried out. The hydraulic cylinder, detection components and hydraulic valve are integrated to be the mechanic-electronic-hydraulic integrated control digital cylinder system.
