Energy can not be departed from our daily life, and it plays an important role in our national economy. With the development of worldwide industrialization, the demand of energy is higher and higher. Primary energy sources will drain in someday. But wind energy can not drain, wind turbine as one of method which utilizing effectively wind energy has be attached importance.Based on the research of "Megawatt variable speed and constant frequency wind turbine", one of the state "863" projects in SUT, this paper is meant to analyze the pitch-regulated system, the key technology of wind turbine. Following aspects are discussed in this thesis:The calculation method and formula of the pitching moment of megawatt wind turbine are obtained. Based on the foregoing calculation formula and blade parameter, the calculation program of SUT-1000 pitch-regulated driving moment has been drawn up with the help of MATLAB. Hereafter the pitch-regulated mechanism of SUT-1000 is designed on the result of previous calculation that the major factor influencing the pitching moment is M_c. Structure optimization design on pitch-regulated mechanism of SUT-1000 WT is given under the condition that the working condition of wind turbine is fully considered. It is derived that pitch-regulated system is stabilization in the mean that pushing pole is pushed during the course of closing pitch. Based on the optimization value, kinematics analysis is explored and kinematics equation is calculated. This paper also citing the course of urgency stop to verify kinematics equation is right or not by using theory calculation and emulator in ADAMS. It is shown that the conclusion is right. Finally with the calculating tool of the powerful FEM software ANSYS, static analysis and eigen buckling analysis about key components assembly are calculated.
