With the development and constant deepening of city transformation, monolithicmovement technology becomes more mature as a new technology. This newtechnology has solved a great deal of contradictions and problems appeared in urbanrenewal course and manufactures, especially in cultural relic safeguards and productadjustments, it has its extremely good economic and social advantages. So this newtechnology has wide application prospects. In our country, the planning of monolithicmovement technology is still far from enough, especially in mechanical part andmovement control, it has not formed an intact design theory and design constructionmethods so far. Further more, the requirements of the monolithic movement marketwill enlarge. In a word, it's necessary to research and develop the movement controltechnology of monolithic movement technology.This thesis belongs to the science and technology planning of Guangdongprovince: The development of computer synchro control equipments of buildingmonolithic movement. This thesis first introduces the characteristics of monolithicmovement technology and monolithic movement requirements of high- barycentreobjects, and put forward a new monolithic movement propose, which is based on amovement control card and composed by a whole closed loop and servo mechanism, tosubstitute the current propose, which is controled manually and drived by hydraulicpressure system. The aim of the new control propose is to realize adaptation and highcontrol precision.The main performance requirements of the monolithic movement aresynchronization and equilibrium. For the low-barycentre objects, synchronization is amost important requirement while for the high-barycentre object, something like thetowers and some high-barycentre equipments, these two requirements are equivalentimportant and more strict.For the hardware, this system uses GT-200-SV motion control card of GugaoCompany as a high level control unit, the YASKAWA alternate servo system is used forexecute component, the guide screw nut changes rotation motion of motor to rectilinear motion, the rotary encoder is speed examination part of motor, the optical grating ruleris position examination part of rectilinear motion. All of these make up of a highprecision synchronous system with two axes.We choose Visual C++ as a platform for software design. According tomodularization thought, the control software is consists of five modules: initializationmodule, movement setting module, movement process surveillance module and so on.For the adaptive algorithm, we use trace tracking and linear compensation technologyto realize the high precision requirement of synchronization. On base ofsynchronization, we add a high-barycentre load and modify the algorithm to reach theequilibrium requirement and simulate the barycentre situation excursion.At present, the modification of new urban planning law of our country is goingon. Within quite a long period in the future, it will be one of the emphasis anddifficulties of the urban planning to correct and transform the illegal buildings thathistory have left. At the same time, with the development of socialization manufactures,the adjustment the positions of equipments efficiently will be an important part toimprove the manufacture efficiency.This paper is expected to help to develop the advanced monolithic movementtechnology.
