Liquid Level Transmitter is a kind of measurement instruments widely used inthe field of industrial manufacture. Industrial Ethernet is the communication path usedin the field of industrial process control, which has been developing rapidly in severalyears. It's object is that internet can be used in the field of industrial manufacture, itrealizes the correspondence timeliness and determinism, though develops to theoriginal Ethemet inheritance, and open a new way for enterprise informationization. Anew kind of apparatus has been designed based on both of these two technologies inthe thesis, which ameliorates the communication means of the industrialmanufacture. It accords with the developing direction of Industrial ProcessControl, and makes new technology come ture in the application.The ultrasonic transmitting, receiving and amplifying circuits are designed in thisthesis, and the ultrasonic wave is digitalized by the high speed A/D converter.Precision is increased in the way of modifying errors. The LPC2210 Low-Powermicrocontroller based on ARM7TDMI-S is used to calculate the time transmitted indigital signal processing method, so the liquid level value is achieved. The circuit ofEthemet interface is designed with DM9000A and uCLinux is implemented to ARM7sucessfully, so the level transmitter can be connected to the internet by SOCKET APIprogramming based on UDP technique of Industrial Ethemet, and long-distancedetection and data share become possible.Keysets and LCD screen provide a goodway of communication between users and apparatus. JTAG is a kind of newtechnologies used in debugging,it improves the efficiency in the software designing.Right plan of time used in hardware and software makes the project more reasonable.
