Real-time, dynamic and high performance AC timing system has taken the place of DC timing system in most of the electrical drive applications. AC frequency conversion timing technology have acquired a great im-provement with the great progress of Power Electric, IC design,computer technology and IT technology. The development trend of modern AC frequency conversion timing control system was to be higher switch frequency, full digital, easy modularization, more intelligent, and more information network. Low-voltage transducer has empoldered intelligent equipment with VVVF control arithmetic and speed-sensorless vector control arithmetic and PROFIBUS_DP communication interface technology that has been the focus of this paper.The mathematic model and coordinate transform equations set of induction motor was systemically summarized in this paper and then vector control theory and space voltage vector control arithmetic was detailedly narrated.The frequently used speed estimation scheme such as speed-calculate was been briefly introduced by thid paper.The MRAS based speed estimation was widely cinsidered as the brightest outlook among high performance speed estimation schemes, because of its calculation ability requirement and very high precision, and its stability was demonstrated by Popov hyperstability theory, and its validity was proved by emulational model.The parameter estimation self-recognizing was comprised twosides in this paper: motor parameter arithmetic based on empty-load and air-logged torgue experimentation, and motor parameter arithmetic based on voltage pulse and current pulse calculation with static motor.Function and data transfer and static of PROFIBUS_DP fieldbus was summarized in the paper, and structure and function of the ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) SPC3 (Siemens PROFIBUS Controller) was detailed introduced.Finally an hardware plaform of low-voltage transducer has established by this research with TMS320F240 and IGBT and communications interface of PROFIBUS_DP. Modular method is taken to design and empoler the hardware of low-voltage transducer,which is divided into 6 categories, the keyboard and display modular, the switch sigal input/output modular, PROFIBUS_DP communication modular, IGBT driving modular.the current sampling modular,the switch power modular. The broody aspect of design of hardware was narrated,and the correlativly exprimental results and Speed Senseless Vector Control Based on MRAS speed estimated of flow chart of hardware were given.
