Variable-speed constant-frequency power generating is a high efficient technology for powergeneration, which has a good future in the field of wind power generation. Double-fed inductiongenerator has been used widely in variable-speed wind turbine by its merits. In this dissertationdouble-fed induction generator which takes vector control is mainly researched and analyzed,mathematic model and equation for vector control are built. On the base of this, the emulatormodel is built to simulates vector control process of double-fed generator, program based on theWin32 platform with C++ program language is made and integrated into Blade Design forWindows to expand it's ability in analysis and calculation.In the dissertation the basic theory about wind turbine is discussed first. The model foraerodynamic computation is provided, and main components of a wind turbine is introduced.Variable-speed control strategy is analyzed and discussed, which is the base of contentsdiscussed later in the dissertation.Research on double-fed induction generator is the emphases of the dissertation. In the paperby making use of the electromechanics theory, double-fed generator's electromagnetismrelationship is deduced, mathematic model and emulator model is built. By analyzing vectorcontrol theory, the equation for vector control is given. In the dissertation the emulator test isdone with emulator model built by simulink, obtaining satisfying result according with thetheory.According to the vector control strategy and mathematics model, the emulator algorism ofdouble-fed induction generator is designed, adopting the method of Object OrientedProgramming to make program with VC++ development tool and taking this program to do thesimulating test, comparing with the result which is given by emulator test with simulink model and obtaining satisfying consequence. The development of this program expands the ability of"Blade Design for Windows", and develops complete variable-speed control emulator system.
