Aiming at the difficult problem of dynamic calibration of ultra-high g accelerometer and testing and measuring system. On the basis of traditional dynamic calibration methods for the sensor and the storage measurement system, a new absolute calibration method is presented. In practice, Laser interferometer is used to measure the speed of shot of cannon and the testing system in the whole impact process ,from which atmosphere cannon gives Ultra-high g excitation source. That is to achieve dynamic calibration of an ultra-high g acceleration testing and measuring system. In addition, analyses of the possible reasons of zero-drifts of testing system are presented in two aspects of sensor itself and subsequent circuits. Then, it shows the relevant solutions.The paper adopts the methods such as theoretical analysis,computer simulation,laboratory and field test to carry through the following study, and the innovated researches have been processed carried through in some issues. Firstly, the theory of calibration is discussed and analyses of validity of dynamic calibration method by an Ultra-high g impact excitation source are presented. And, the principles of atmosphere cannon and laser interferometer are introduced respectively. Then, it describes the calibration process in detail .In the end, this paper discuss the method of signal processing and the actual acceleration signals curve of a fuse is shown, and then it gives the theoretic analysis of calibration process. The dynamic calibration system achieves ultra-high g testing and measuring system calibration of tracing to its source, which is its characteristic separate from traditional calibration system .This system, is original in the world. To restrain zero-drifts of the piezoelectric accelerometer in high-impact testing and to reduce its bad effect on the result of acceleration testing. In the end of this paper, analyses of the possible reasons of zero-drifts of testing system are presented in two aspects of sensor itself and subsequent circuits. Then, on the basis of actual testing environment, it shows the relevant solution. Results shows that it can restrain zero drift phenomena very well by means of effective design.
