With the quick development of electronics theory and transducer technology, the nuclear electronic survey technology is also developed fast. In modern life, as the people's living standard is being raised continuously, our safety is also reached a new high. Nuclear pollution has been become a new topic, so radiation detect to citizen residential, factory etc. is also inevitable and necessary.This article mainly researches the prefixed amplifying circuitry's design and debugging of scintillation detector used for detecting nuclear radiation. We adopt scintillater (CsI) and silicon PIN photodiode coupling in relation to interaction ofγ-ray with matter's characteristic, then design four prefixed amplifying circuitry schemes, that is, current, voltage, individual components, impedance alternate. Finally, we select the current sensitive prefixed amplifying circuitry carry out test on the spot undergoing components and parts choose, make board, welding fixation and make into probe.According toγ-ray's energy and detection characteristics, the detector with high sensitivity, low noise and high resolution is required. Thin paper stress analyses the noise of detection system, especially analyses and resolves the concrete noise and interference that appeared during debugging, and through constant improvement for amplifying circuitry, components, shielding measure and so on. In the end, we gain the relative ideal results.
