With the development of the science and technology, modern manufacture had occupied more and more ratio in all manufacture; modern manufacture is different from tradition machining, it not only cause the physical fatigue of operation man, but also bring more spiritual and mental fatigue, too. With the manufacturing development of automation and microminiaturization, more spiritual and mental fatigue is appearing to its highlight and important. Therefore, the measurement and evaluation of spiritual and mental fatigue of operation man and protection their health of operation man and industrial safety has important meaning.The thesis had investigated and studied to manufacturing development situation of internal and abroad, it had analyzed all factors of operation fatigue from point of man-machine-environment., and to experiment and study this fatigue factors to this manufacture system.Firstly, a model is established to analyze factors promoting fatigue of operation man based on Man-Machine Engineering Theory.Secondly, to design measurement system of manufacture system, and to design sensors of machinery operation and sensor of physiology test, according to the fatigue characteristics of manufacture system; based on laboratory conditions, to directly experiment and prove the relations between all fatigue information and fatigue, as the result of theory analysis carefully.Thirdly, based on the existing evaluation methods of internal and abroad for operation fatigue, to choose the fatigue indices and to validity of quantitative evaluation fatigue indices to certain operation fatigue are investigated by experiments.Fourthly, according to actual characteristics of manufacture system, dynamic, real time measurement system is designed. After experimenting and theory deducting, we can estimate the relations between operation fatigue indices and fatigue of human, and to study the validity of quantitative indices with operation fatigue.The results of these researches provide a quantitative evaluation system and valid indices to assess operation fatigue. It also supplies a helpful reference to further study on reducing operation fatigue.
