In some particular phase of the flight, flight operations required higher cognitive ability.If the flight crew is in the state of fatigue, it will increase the risk of human error. What's more if the harm caused by human error is too serious, it may lead to accidents. So improving the pilot's alertness by monitoring the flight crew fatigue level can enhance pilots alertness, and prevent the accident happening.First of all, the research purpose and meaning was proposed on the basis of flight fatigue research status at home and abroad. The second, the cause of fatigue, fatigue performance and fatigue risk analysis as well as the actual application perspective were discussed, and the main factors causing flight crew fatigue and the measurement methods of fatigue at home and abroad are compared and summarized. Once again, the advantages and disadvantages of various fatigue measurement method are analyzed, and fatigue measurement tool based on the psychomotor vigilance task is designed. By designing the experiment, explored the correlativity between the standard deviation of reaction time and participants' fatigue level.And through the verification experiment comparing the test result with subjective evaluation,verified the rationality of the relationship. It's applied the relation between the standard deviation of reaction time and participants' fatigue level to measurement tool. The measurement tool will be used in android phone to measure the response time of the participants, and it transformed the response time into specific fatigue levels by the specific function relationship. By comparing with the traditional test method based on reaction time characterization to represent fatigue levels, the measurement tool is not affected by the test response speed of the human being itself, achieve the goal of objective measurement.Psychomotor vigilance task based on visual reaction time is more in line with the actual operating environment needs. It has the quality of easy operation, accurate measurement, easy to carry and has the advantages not affected by the influence of the device hardware running speed. The flight crew's reaction time indexing fatigue level is more scientific, simple, easy toget. It will provide data support and technical support for China's civil aviation flight safety management.
