The Strategies For The Problems Of Chenzhou Ecology Botanical Garden Urban Construction

The city is the result of the economic development of human society and is also the human being's habitation established with the intensive prlduction. Since the Indastrial hevolation in the 18th century the fast development of urbanization has created huge wealth for the humanity. But at the same time the urbanization has also simu ltaneously destroyed the city's ecological envinonment destroyed the city's ecological envinonment, which knownas environmental damage has become a severe problem the humanity fares. There fove, the goals of how to effectively control the urban environment pollation and improve the urban environment quality thus keeping the sustainable, stable and harmonious development of the ecology, the society and the economy are being pursued by the whole world in the new century. It mast be noticed that ecology development is the key to realizing the city's sustainable development, which is the very background of the production of the ecology city theory, Ecology city as the inevitable trend of cities' future development has already aroused the widespread interests of people at home and abroad. Chenzhou, regarded as the south gate"of Hunan Province and given the Priority to development(by "one point and one line" ) must quicken the step of city construction, strengthen the comprehensive competitive power and enhance the city's ecological construction with urbanization in order to walk in the front in the new round of environment competion.Therefore, with the application of the knowledge from"System Theory", "Economics" ,"Management Science", "Community Policy Analysis" , "hands cape Ecology" and of the plinciples of "the Unifying of Macroscopic and Miroscopic " , "the Unifying of Qualitative and Quota Methods " and "the Application of Theories to Practice" and also with the experience from the on-the-spot investigation and the essence drawn from the predecessors' research results, this paper has analyzed the present situation and foundation condition of the construction of Chenzhou City Ecology Botanical Garden and the main problems and their causes existing in the present construction of the city; and it further explores the corresponding problems of strategy mentality, strategic target, strategic and measures of the ecology botanical garden's construction in Chenzhou.
