| Through summarizing the concepts and ideas of direct heat balance method and equivalent enthalpy drop method in the thermal system calculation of the thermal power plant, the thermal economic indexes for homemade 200MW steam turbo-generator sets have been calculated and compared in this paper.Considering the practical problems occurring frequently in power production process, the reasons have been indicated and the solutions have been proposed for low pressure heater No.4 frequent leakage in some power plant through using equivalent enthalpy drop method, combined with the calculation results of thermal economy and the actual operation parameters of turbine. The causes for feed water of boiler have been resumed for the deviation to design performance, and countermeasures of system reform are suggested. According to the demand of measured parameters for thermal tests, it was pointed out that the lack of measuring points leads to the inaccuracy of tests in some power plant. And defects eliminating treatment has been carried out on the said basis. The result shows it is possible to realize online monitoring of the steam turbine. |
