Heavy Engineering Transporter is a heavy engineering machine, which iswidely used in ship manufacturing and the construction of road and bridge. Itis the essential and special machine in the transport of big component. It is,adopting full hydrostatic drive, equipped modern electronic controltechnology, a novel engineering machine integrated with mechanical,electronic, hydraulic and control technology. The hydraulic transmission andcontrol technology is playing an important role in modern constructionmachinery, and increasingly affection the whole performance of constructionmachinery. It is of great significance to develop the hydraulic controltechnology for enhancing the whole performance and reliability ofconstruction machinery.Firstly, this paper introduces the character of the administer part which isthe hydraulic pressure system in the surveillance-control system. Then webring forward the problem in the hydraulic-control technic. We analyze thehydraulic pressure system of Heavy Engineering Transporter, include thedrive hydraulic system,turning hydraulic system and lift hydraulic system.We put forward three questions of the surveillance-control system: the firstone is driving speed-regulation control and differential speed control in thedriving control system. The second one is multi-mode steering control andPID control in steering control system. The last one is the loading center andthe permitted domain control.This paper brings forward the surveillance-control system of HeavyEngineering Transporter, which includes the surveillance system and thecontrol system. We carry out this project from the hardware system and thesoftware system. The hardware system contains controller, sensor and displayetc. These hardware exchange data by CAN_Bus to realize cooperative controlof multi-task. The software system contains the driving-speed control module,multi-mode steering module, PID-control module, loading-calculate module and the permitted domain of the loading center control module.Finally, the conclusion is drawn and the trend in process decision-makingresearch is put out.
