| The weight of ship is an important criterion in the design and production of Marine engineering.As the refined shipbuilding mode is widely promoted,enterprises attach more and more importance to the control of weight of ship.In the past,weight control research focused on ocean platform building,the weight control of the ship also focused on the optimization of structure and material,what’s worse,the enterprise did not well consider the control of the weight in the ship building,it was happened that the completion weight went beyond the design weight and the center of gravity deviated from the design.Therefore,the following research is focused on this article.First,in this paper,the mathematical model and the geometrical model of the total construction of super-large ships were studied,the method of weight center calculation and margin calculation was analyzed,the weight center distribution and its classification method were presented,and the application of dimension chain principle in ship construction was analyzed.Based on total block of ship,the dimension chain principle and probability method were applied to the tolerance distribution of ship weight and center of gravity.The method of weight center tolerance distribution was derived.Second,the demands of weight center control in the construction of the ship’s super-large block were be analyzed.The solutions based on construction control demand were proposed,following as: information transfer,processor storage solutions,professional collaborative management solutions,weight center contact and prediction schemes,and weight center alert programs.And Combined with the above scheme design,the weight center control method and process of ship during construction were studied.Last,using C# programming language,adopting module design concept,and combined with SQL SERVER,TRIBON,Microsoft Office software,weight control management software was developed.The software has the function of collaborative design,multi-user operation,weight center computer report altogether six functions.In the process of construction,the computer intelligent auxiliary was r implemented to help the builder to carry out the weight center control.The software has been verified by real ship,and has been applied to a ship construction project. |
