Although the application of the magnetic field began 1000 years ago, especially, the research and application of the magnetic field has been blossom since the characteristic of the magnetic field was paid attention to at 19 century, the phenomenon of the magnetic field is very complex, we have to go ahead for study on it further.Along the development of the apparatus which require being more and more minitype, the room of the apparatus will be compact. So the magnetic suspended bearing has to be predigested. For example, the artificial heart of the magnetic suspension must be minisize to alleviate suffering of the patient; the hard disk of the magnetic suspension must be minisize to meet to the development of the computer; and so on. The conversation magnetic suspended bearing is not to meet to the requirement of the miniaturization, and the same time, the assistant bearing has to be applied if the conversation magnetic suspended bearing is applied for the magnetic suspended disk rotor. Another reason, we also hope the conversation magnetic suspended bearing be better and better for the structure and control.A phenomenon of the magnetic field is discussed in this paper: the centripetal effect of magnetic field. The working principle of the centripetal effect is analyzed, and is proved by the experimentation. The presence of the centripetal effect of the magnetic field is universal, so we may take advantage of the centripetal effect when magnetic field is applied, especially for the minitype structure. The centripetal effect of the magnetic field is adopted to restrict two moveable freedoms for the example of this paper which makes the structure simple.The technology of the magnetic suspended bearing is an integrated subject involved in mechanics, electronics, computer, sensors etc. It is a typical electromechanical technology. Up to now, there is not the special research and application about the disk rotor of the magnetic suspension, so there is not uniform technology for the disk rotor of the magnetic suspension, such as magnetic suspended hard disk, magnetic suspended fly wheel, and magnetic suspended reaction wheel etc. According to some papers, the disk rotor of the magnetic suspended bearing is summarized, and the magnetic suspended bearing structure of the disk rotor is deduced in this paper. Three technical solutions of the structure are presented on the basis of the magnetic suspended disk model; the status equation and the control information of these technical solutions are compared; at last an example of the magnetic suspended bearing disk is given.The study on the centripetal effect, the mathematical model of the bearing principle of the magnetic suspended disk, and the application in this paper are valuable reference for the application of the magnetic suspended bearing disk rotor, especially for the minitype instruments. The theory and the model in this paper will meet to the developmental requirement, and the applied field of the magnetic suspension technology is enlarged according to this paper.
