With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, electric power consumption also rises sharply. Many companies and families have their own generator for convenience. But faces the small power source which the family and is advantageous for carries at present the domestic market mainly all is from the overseas import . Along with the electrical machinery control special-purpose DSP appearance and the control theory universal development, caused the contravariant power source the control technology to face the entire digitized, the intellectualized direction is developing, inverts the power source numerical control technology to have a big leap.This paper research topic project is needs to develop facilely, reliable,output voltage stable green, easy to operate quick new AC-DC-AC inversion power source.This article first on to the topic background, the topic object basic survey and the topic research goal has given brief showing, then has made a detailed elaboration to the AC-DC-AC inversion principle of work, emphatically has analyzed based on the AC-DC-AC inversion control principle as well as the SPWM profile several productions method.Then analyzed has compared the contravariant controller control strategy, in established in the SPWM inversion linearization model foundation to analyze the necessity which double-circle controlled, and in controlled in the link to introduce the PID adjustment, enhanced the control the dynamic response ability and the system stability, enhanced the power source the load compatibility and the output stability.Finally this article has produced the entire contravariant controller hardware design and the software design. At present, the numerical control is controls the domain the development tendency, therefore in the concrete controlled process, this article fully has also utilized the digital control mode. The hardware partially divides into the main circuit and the control circuit two parts. This article detailed elaboration based on TI Corporation's DSP chip control circuit design. This system software design mainly by the TMS320LF2407 initialization, the interrupt service and the control algorithm realization and so on several parts is composed.Finally the work which does to the topic does in the article finally summarizes, and proposed own view and the request to the next step of research.
