This article expatiated the basic frame and ecumenic principle and introduced a micro-computer control system of the hybrid linear step motor, it based the characteristics and need of the control of the linear step motor, we chose the special motor control chip DSP (digital signal processor) TMS320F2407 to realize a open loop control and SPWM control . To reduce the vibration of the motor rotor ,we adopted the best control of the whole system. Through the hardware and the software design, precise positioning can be realized.The mode of direct build of the SPWM was not adopted by DSP in this article, but got straightly numerical value throuth data memorizer, the way was simpleness and expedience and was understood easy.To avoid the complexity of electromagnetic field theory of distribute-parameter, a centralize-parameter circuit theory was used in this article, the model of the linear step motor was built.The model was simulated under the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment in dynamic and and static state and got the force-displacement characteristic and dynamic-displacement characteristic curve, we validated the correctness of the mold.At last, we designed the experiment equipments and used it to validate the correction of the whole system. |
