| The quick development in microcomputer technique with extensive application, urged by microprocessor that being published since 70's ,caused a new techniques revolution within the scope of world. The automatic testing tecnology with microcomputer ,as an important branch of computer application,is a synthesized technique which includes data sampling and processing,sensing technique,controlling technique and computer technology. All kinds of technological parameters can be sampled and processed quickly to relize automatic controlling of production process by using computer technology and sensing technique in testing systerm. Therefore, along with these technical developments, the automatic test technique plays the more and more important role in production.This thesis based on the project of hydrodynamic torque converter automatic testing bed which designed for Shandong bulldozer factory. The unit construction ,electric control system,sensor portion and computer software is specified,according to the practical problem met in R&D. The main contents are listed as follows:1.Considering the low degree of automation and high deviation of manualtesting which belong to the tradition testing bed ,a new testing bed is designed, including the reasonable choice of hardware and the design plan of testing flow according to the product characteristics of Shandong bulldozer factory2.Considering the disadvantage of DC motor speed regulation which feeds back so strongly to the power network that disturb the runofthemill production of factory and the unstability of motor speed,the TC driver of DC motor ,MENTORII,is used to regulate speed stepless and the strong backfeed of power network can be avoidable. The communication among MENTORII,MITSUBISH PLC-FX2N and computer is specified.3.The principle and application of speed/torque sensor typed JC in this system is analyzed. Considering the disadvantage of exiting torque sensor which can not test the static torque,has a character of low precision and unstability caused by contacting with the rotated shaft,a new type of laser diffract torsionmeter is developed(applied for the national patent)The principle,construction and analisis of diffract image is specified.4.Regarding the software of computer control/test which designed under Windows2000,detailed introduction is made to discuss the core technology of software development such as communication between data sampling card and computer,the drawing of curve with the data sampled,ect.5.Considering the disadvantage of cubic spline interpolation function which is distortional to draw some curves,Akima interpolation function is choosen to fit data.The better way to process data for tester is offered by the comparison of the tow fitting functions. |
