With the rapid development of electronic and information technology,the integration level of electronic countermeasures system is constantly improved and its functions are becoming stronger and stronger.The number of products' interfaces to be tested is also increasing,which brings unprecedented challenges to the functional debugging and test verification of products.This paper takes the automatic test requirements of some model electronic countermeasures system of parametric measurement unit,which is manufactured by Southwest China Research Institute of Electronic Equipment,as the entry point.This product still relies on the traditional logic analyzer for testings and analysis.Limited by the number of channels of the logic analyzer,it is often necessary to adopt time-sharing and multiplexing method in the test process,by frequently inserting and unplugging logical probes to meet the test requirements.Since the test equipment is set manually,a large amount of testing data needs to be recorded and processed manually.The production efficiency of such manual test is very low,which severely restricts the production cycle and it is difficult to meet the delivery plan requirements of the project.In order to improve the production efficiency,it is urgent to develop an automatic test system under the background that customers require shorter and shorter product delivery cycle.First,the current testing situation of the object product is analyzed,the development background of the automatic testing system is described,and the relevant technology and development trend of the automatic testing system is summarized.According to the requirements of automatic test development of products,combined with the principles of low cost,miniaturization,software reconfiguration,hardware portability,reliability and practicability of the system,the software and hardware design schemes based on FPGA and LabVIEW are determined by comparing with various technical implementation schemes,and the key technology path is studied and designed.Second,the overall design framework of the automatic test system,FPGA board and its hardware composition and VHDL code design,the upper computer LabVIEW human-computer interaction interface design,system automatic testing and verification were introduced in detail.The detailed design and technical implementation of each functional module are emphasized.The development platform of Altium Designer Summer 09 is adopted to design and draw FPGA board;VHDL programming technology is used to develop the FPGA board and realize the board function design.LabVIEW virtual instrument technology of graphical language is used to carry out human-computer interaction design.GPIB bus based interface programming is adopted to realize remote control of signal source,spectrum analyzer,oscilloscope and other instruments.The serial communication technology is adopted to realize the data exchange between the upper computer and FPGA board.At last,the verification and summary of the automatic test system is given,which meets the requirements of the development of the test system.Verification results show that the automatic test system based on FPGA and LabVIEW can maximize the advantages of FPGA in the field of high-speed digital logic field,which can replace the traditional logic analyzer to achieve low-cost,miniaturization,software reconfigurable hardware design.At the same time,the LabVIEW development platform based on G language can quickly respond to the programming needs and build an automatic test system.
