In the paper, research of RC beam strengthened by pre-stressed CFRP polymer is introduced, which is subsidized by Jiangsu province problem (Number: JS2004ZD11). The author resolved the problem of technique bottleneckof the PFRP research currently——FRP polymer anchor and tension. Bothprestress technic and FRP polymer were applied, then, the early prestress overcome limitation of the second load and stress lag. This means make use of strength of FRP stuff, moreover, it is easy to construction, then, it recognized by owner. To sum up, it is the best because of its technology and benefit. Numerical analysis of whole process by using ANSYS 10.0 can economize a number of money and time and gained more data. Design theorieses of member consolidated by prestressed carbon fiber reinforced polymer based on plane assumption is handy and applied. Now main contents introduction as follows:(1) First, the paper discuss the advantage and defect of RC beam strengthened by FRP polymer, and author present relevant technique that can overcome suchdefect. The author solved firstly sixty-four-dollar question——technique of anchorof bolt and steel plate and cross direction straining of bolt and stick arts and crafts.(2) Second, seven member in bending were tested and the beams strengthened using prestressed carbon fiber and common carbon fiber were compared with commom beams, in order to evaluate the effect of externally bonded prestressed carbon fiber reinforced plastic on the cracking load, ultimate load, deflection, strain of reinforcing bar and carbon fiber of reinforced concrete beams. The different strength and deformation of member resulting from the different initial stress and bond line intensity were discussed and prestress loss.(3) Third, finite element analysis (FEA) is used for numerical analysis of whole process by using software ANSYS 10.0, and the paper verify related experiment and theories analysis. ANSYS 10.0 can increase data which can not be tested and stress nephogram, and it help us research property of bond line. (4) At last, but not the least, theoretical study of the paper presents the handy and applied design theorieses of member consolidated by prestressed carbon fiber reinforced polymer based on plane assumption, and validated test and theorieses study. We find results of test are in accordance with results of FEA and theorieses study by comparisons with each other.Such means of anchor and tension can raise to the efficiency of reinforce well completely and accord with the structure ductility and durability if we select temperate soft bond line and prestress. So, the textual research method can be apply, in the engineering to practice directly, and it provided help for state standard criterion.
