Urban comprehensive Parks are the most important part in the urban green system.It is an important carrier for citizens spiritual lives. During the Period of its development,since the limitation of certain factors,such as extending utility Period,etc,some urban comprehensive parks have falled into the trouble of so called"comprehensive aging". Along with the economic development under the new situation, new constructions of the urban parks and the change of aesthetic standards, China's urban parks are meeting with great pressure. Nowadays, how to harmonize the balance between parks classical landscape and modern urban lives,how to explore its potentials and refresh its functions will directly affect the sustainability of urban Park system in our country.This paper firstly describes the evolution of China's urban comprehensive park development process, meanwhile comparing, analysing and summarying some typical examples of urban comprehensive park. Then by the analysis of the new situation faced with China's urban composite park and their own problems, the paper puts forward the urgency and necessity of park reconstruction, finally gives the new trend of park development. Then on the basis of investigation on some reconstructions of urban parks, the paper gives ideas and basic principles of city parks, together sums up the steps and methods on reconstruction of China's urban comprehensive park. Finally, on practise research, I took the case study of rebuild project of Xinpu Park in Lianyungang City to apply the concern theories. While the application also re-effect those theories. I hope the study can offer some useful ideas for reconstruction of urban compositive parks.
