With the fasted development of the railway ,the request continuously increases on the smoothness and comfort of the train circulation. The application of the full-span box girder is becoming more and more in the rail-bridge. The key and hardest problem to tackle is what processing should be adopted to pre-cast the Box Beam on site and what kind of machinery should be used to transport and erect the Box Beam.Based on the construction experiment of beam precast engineering of Qin-shen Passenger SpecialRailway and JIng-jin toll rail and experiment data of Fangshan bridge factory. The paper mainly studies the construction technology of the Box Beam fabrication and erection. It concludes three parts:(1)This paper discusses the construction of the Box Beam fabrication and gave a detailed discussion of key process. They are the new pouring technology and erection. construction method of effective beam moving heavy-weight new moving facility.(2) according to the hydration process experiment of high strength and high property concrete resolve the question. And the same time give the mesures of cracking control. (3) giving the classification induction and comparision of different types of erecting machine at home and abroad. issues and revelations concerning about box beam erection, special beam erection method to avoid three legs supporting.
