At present, AC motor drive speed control system has become the main stream in the electrical drive area. Since the speed regulation system of frequency-converter AC motor has the merits of energy-saving, convenience in use and safety in operation, frequency conversion speed regulation has been more and more widely applied in AC speed regulation system.Modern AC drive system puts forward high requirement for the static attribute and dynamic performance of system control strategy. The traditional control method (PID controller) is far from enough to live up to this requirement, due to parameter time-varying and disturbing loading of AC drive system, and some other factors of AC motor itself and controlled objects, such as the nonlinear property and strong coupling property.This thesis makes a tentative study of the application of fuzzy control, especially fuzzy PID in miniature motor frequency conversion driving control system. Through theoretical analysis and emulational test, it proposes parameter adjusting PID controller based on the system control performance appraisal (SPAPID). The control parameter is self-adjusted according to the performance appraisal, which, compared with the traditional PID controller, is more conformed with the system response characteristic, thus living up to the control requirement. This thesis develops the parameter adjusting PID controller (SPAPID), based on the system control performance appraisal of high-quality Cygnal8051F020 design. It realizes broad-range and high-precision speed regulation for frequency-converter AC motor. This thesis accomplishes the design of both hardware and software of system controller. Meanwhile, it discusses the frequency speed regulation system performance index model and composes upper computer system performance trial software.The experiment shows that the establishment of mathematical model is not needed for the parameter adjusting PID controller based on the system performance appraisal (SPAPID). It is applicable to the nonlinear and coupling frequency conversion drive system. The parameter adjusting PID controller based on the system performance appraisal, the transducer and the frequency motor consist of variable-frequency electric drive system. Plenty of tests indicate that it has anti-disturbing loading capacity at both high and low speed and eliminates steady-state error. With low cost and convenient and easy operation, this variable-frequency electric drive system has significant practical value in the field of industry.
