Urban and rural water supply is the water supply establishment of county seats, towns, countryside, villages and sporadic residential area. The objects of water supply are the living water of urban and rural, livestock and birds, the using water of urban and rural industrial, public architecture, environment, fire protection and little yard irrigation.Most of towns in China, the water supply patterns, which water towers, the elevated cisterns still be adopted. Therefore, the water is subjected to secondary pollution and it is difficult to examine repair and maintain engines of water pumps. In order to meet the demands, a constant pressure water supply SCADA is designed. Most towns in China the water supply are the self-sufficient, the rural water supply facilities are backward and inefficient. It can not ensure the quality of water, management is inefficient, water loss is great, and the abuse is evident. The inverter constant pressure water supply system designed in order to solve the questions and to achieve the regional water supply. Therefore, it regulates and distributes water resources rationally, which improves the utilization rate of water and enhances the professional and economy of water supply.Based on a thorough research on the technological processes and process requirements of water plants, a constant pressure water supply SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system through Variable Frequency Speed Regulation is designed. In accordance with the features of water supply enterprises, a method has been proposed based on PC configuration combined with PLC modularized programming. A set of computer control software is developed, achieving pressure close loop control. It makes great sense in work efficiency and energy conservation to research and develop the economical water supply system of constant pressure with high performance.The paper is mainly concerned with the following:1. Firstly in the paper the author details the working theory of the frequency control in water supply and its energy conservation principles. It pointed out the problems existing in the tradition water supply system and the corresponding solutions. Based on this, the author puts forth his frequency-controlled water supply systems of constant pressure.2. In the paper the author works on the control algorithm of the water supply system under constant pressure, and introduces the basics of PID control algorithm and the features. Also he establishes the model of water supply and designs the flow chart of water supply. 3. In the paper the author solve the questions of several motors "first in first out" and "taking turns".4. This paper establish the frame of pumping project station supervisory system based on Beijing Sunway ForceControl, and propose the to control system of pumping station using Sunway ForceControl develop the distributed as supervisory software and OMRON CP1H as subordinate system. It can collect signal automa te trend analysis about the supervisory parameter, forecast alarm, and print the parameter and data.
