In our country, too many high dams being constructed or to be construcecd are in the meizoseimal area. The seismic performance of the dam is very important. In the dissertation, the time-history analysis is applied to the simplified non-overflow monolith of the Jin-An-Qiao concrete gravity dam. The result indicate that the weaknesses of non-overflow monolith are the head of dam, the fold of upstream dam and the dam heel during the earthquake. The crack of the non-overflow monolith appears follow by the ogee-section of the downstream dam, the head of the upstream dam and the fold of upstream dam.Aseismic reinforcement is a common way to enhance the seismic performance of the concrete gravity dam. According to the research, the author find that crack can't be prevented by the aseismic reinforcement, but the crack development can be limited in a certain degree. Study on the aseismic measures of the Jin-An-Qiao hydraulic power station, the author want to find the appropriate interlayer spacing of the aseismic reinforcement and study the effect of the multi-level aseismic reinforcement.The anti-seismic code of the dam in many other country is two levels seismic fortification criterion. The anti-seismic code of the building in our country is two levels seismic fortification criterion. But the anti-seismic code of the dam in our country is one levels seismic fortification criterion. The two levels seismic fortification criterion is trend. Many domestic scholars thought that the seismic fortification criterion of the anti-seismic code of the dam in our country is too high and isn't reasonable. Understanding the design of the concrete gravity dam, analyzing the anti-seismic code of other country, the author put a new thought of two levels seismic fortification criterion for the design of the concrete gravity dam. In this article, it can optimize the body of the dam, decrease the seismic measure and reduce the cost of the project form the simply optimal design of the Jin-An-Qiao hydraulic power station by the new thought of two levels seismic fortification criterion for the design of the concrete gravity dam.
