With the development of the civil engineering industry,the demand for functional layout and efficiency of the engineering structure has gradually increased.The scale and function of the existing engineering structure have not been met under the requirements of the new era,while the aging and low standards of the original project have been met.The structural safety problems caused by the deterioration of building materials after long-term depletion have also received more and more attention.For structures with hidden safety hazards,demolition and reconstruction will not only cause huge consumption of materials and resources,but also exert a lot of manpower and financial resources.In particular,for some historically significant ancient buildings,their cultural connotation and sedimentary age The historical traces cannot be erased and replaced.Therefore,the reinforcement and transformation of existing structures is a quick and effective way for structural engineers to deal with such structural problems.The research background of this article takes Dongguan Hitachi Chemical Plant's upgrading project as an example to conduct safety inspection and appraisal of the building of the plant first,and according to the identification results,the reinforcement scheme is designed so that the structure can meet the requirements after the transformation in terms of safety and function.The main research work is as follows:1.Introduce the reasons for the reinforcement of the reinforcement and reconstruction structure,the characteristics of stress and the characteristics of the stress during the transformation process,and introduce in detail the reinforcement methods commonly used in the reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures,as well as the new technologies and techniques used in the reinforcement process.2.To carry out safety appraisal on the structure to be modified,based on the test appraisal report and reliability evaluation conclusions,find out the dangerous components with insufficient carrying capacity,and determine the scope of reinforcement;For the components with insufficient safety performance,propose two reinforcement plans : Option 1: For frame beams and frame columns that do not meet the safety requirements,use CFRP method to reinforce them;Option 2: Reinforce the beams with CFRP method and reinforce the columns with reinforced section reinforcement method;3.For the reinforcement effects of the above two schemes,ANSYS finite element software is used to analyze the seismic performance of the structure and set 3 kinds of working conditions;Working condition 1 is the original structure without reinforcement;Working condition 2 is reinforced by wrapped CFRP method.Structure;Working condition 3 is CFRP reinforcement of frame beam,reinforced section frame reinforcement of the frame column;the above three kinds of working conditions are all carried out under the actual increase of the actual load conditions after the transformation of the structure,and three types of working conditions are analyzed respectively.By comparing the displacement angle between floors,the floor-side displacement,the vertex displacement,and the time-displacement curve of the structure vertex,the characteristics of each scheme are obtained.The results show that the reinforcement of the structure with the scheme 1 can improve the ductility of the structure,make the structure “softer” and improve the seismic performance;under the action of the scheme 2,it significantly improves the structural rigidity,which shows that compared with the reinforced column.For strengthening beams,the structural rigidity is more improved.4.Contact with the project's actual reinforcement program,compared to the traditional design reinforcement method: uniform wrapping method,put forward a new reinforcement treatment method-centralized reinforcement method,and combined with finite element software ANSYS to establish two sets of models,respectively,to simulate the framework The mechanical properties of the column under the two reinforcement schemes of the uniform reinforcement method and the concentrated reinforcement method are compared from the mechanical properties of the frame column under two reinforcement schemes,from the perspectives of the skeleton curve,ductility,stiffness degradation,energy dissipation capacity of the component,etc.The analysis shows that compared with the traditional methods,the new package reinforcement method is superior to the traditional reinforcement methods in terms of ductility,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation.
