Research On Prestressed Concrete Pipe Pile In Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province

Prestressed concrete pipe pile has been widely used, owning to the advantages of high bearing property, reliable quality, controlling of pressure easily, construction of the high speed , low cost. The static pressing combines the advantages of PC piles and static pressing construction pipe-pile method perfectly. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, more and more static pressing pipe-piles are used.But, many problems should be solved in the design and construction, such as penetration mechanism of static pressure pile, compacting effect, prediction of capacity and so on. Based on the Huai'an, Jiangsu Province concrete pile study, Analysis the mechanism of static pressure pile, analyzes the difference between the final pressure of the driving pile and the limit vertical carrying capacity of static pressing pipe-pile, find the ultimate strength's method of pipe-piles. So we can find method of bearing capacity calculation in huai'an city, and find the control standards of Static pressing piles. We can use it to added the regional norms, provide rational basis for the design and construction.
