The Complex Grouting Method's Apply Study In Pile Foundation Reinforce Engineering

Static pressure grouting method and high pressure revolve spurt grouting method have been used in many works. Both methods can usually be used in pile foundation's reinforce works, Each method has its corresponding applicable geology condition and respective advantage or defect. Sometimes single method is difficult to effectually solve the actual problem of works, also is difficult to ensure the security reliability of works.Complex grouting method is a new grouting technology. It combines the front both methods in time sequence, and exerts two technology's advantage, So complex grouting method is a important branch of rock soil engineering in China, has many strong points such as simple construction design,little investment,short work time and take effect quickly.By researching to the material and formulary of the complex grouting slurry in lab experiment, to the complex grouting technological process and key technique parameter in the spot simulation test, to the process effect of its stake foundation consolidating in actual works, to the strengthening effect mechanism, the complex grouting method was studied in this thesis. The applied result proved that fully exerts the both methods' advantage, overcomes the flaw of respective technology and craft, makes the success rate of consolidating foundation raise.
