The paper contains content with exciting current measurement of brushlessexcite synchronous generator based on RF, which designed by the receiving anddispatching chip NRF401.The paper explains detailed the design approach, method,procedure, provides the concrete realization scheme and carries on the test of themultiple performance indexes indesigned system.During the design procedure, the system is divided into four major modulesaccording to the functional structure, namely exciting current acquisition module,wireless communication module, serial bus module and computer dealing module.Exciting current acquisition module realizes mainly to acquaint exciting current of asynchronous generator on the spot, wireless communication module is made up ofNRF401 wireless chip, which main design function is data transmission wirelessly.The module of serial bus finishes duty with communication and transmissions tocomputer after the wireless communication module have received the useful data. Thecomputer module displays and deals with the data through the visual, friendlyprogramming interface.Final achievement of the system design is exciting current acquisition equipment,which connects with PC through serial cable. The system is small, exquisite, easy touse and no needing outer power. Attendant operate system through the interface withcomputer, which is very convenient to operate. Through a large number ofperformance parameter test, the system display many fine characteristics, that arelawyerly environmental request, high sensitivity, steady performance, far transmittingdistance, convenient interface. These many good performance characteristics make itnot only can be applied to measure the exciting current of a brushless excitesynchronous generator but also to a lot of fields extensively, such as vehicle control,wireless control, hydrometeorology control, biological signal acquisition, and etc. Ina word, the system has extensive application prosperity.
