Moutain Town Waterfront Training Strategy

Yibin,the First City of the Yangzi River, where the Jinsha River,Min River and Yangzi River meet,lies in the south of Sichuan basin.The river belt of it has an unique natural scenery as well as a special human scenery With a long history and rich local features.But in the past twenty years, both the natural and human sceneries have been seriously destroyed with the fast dovelopment of the city. This paper is this written under such Situation.The paper is divided into six chapters, namely: the outline, guiding ideology and principles about Yibin Mountainous riverside, its status and problems , solutions, trials of the same situation as it and conclusion.The paper pays attention to the reality, following the principle and order-from the whole environment to small surroundings, find out problems,analyze problems and solve the problems based on scientific methods. First, put forward practical measures about the same areas as Yibin city river back beltt ; second,find out its special natural characteristics; third, take a look at its culture and history;fourth,focus on various causes of the special design of it;at last,give some tragedies and plans about how to deal with the area.To improve the quality of Yibin citizens life,to meet needs sustainable development and have a beautiful river back belt scenery of historieal and cultural city, this paper win propose the research and analysis of the strateyies for remedy.
