The biochemical analyzer is an instrument including optics, mechanics and electronics technology. It is used in the detection of various biochemical indexes of body fluid. Along with the development of science and technology, the micro biochemical analyzer with fast detection, easy operation and portable has become an important direction of development in recent years. The sampling and precise temperature control system is an important component in the research of a micro biochemical analyzer.Under the support of National 863 Project of"Rsearch of the technology of micro practical biochemical analyzer", this paper focuses on the research of the sampling system and temperature controlling system for the micro chemical analyzer. The hardware platform is setted up for the whole controlling system based on the LPC2114 microprocessor produced by Philips Corperation. The software of the control system is operating upon the embeded operation system ofμC/OS-Ⅱ.Fuzzy-PID control method is presented upon the principle of PID and Fussy controlling, so that the precision and speed of the system is improved greatly.The primary coverage is listed as following:1. Based on having looked up large amount of document and having analysed the developing trend of biochemical analyzer and embedded system, designed a new structure of sample room and proposed the control system overall plan.2. Thoroughly studied the ARM system structure, completed in desigh the main control circuit board and the output circuit board, and has built the biochemical analyzer control system hardware platform.3. Have accomplished theμC/OS-II OS transplanting on ARM7 platform, and compliled each duty software procedure.4. Based on studied the fuzzy control and the PID control technology, proposed a fuzzy -PID control technology.5. Based on debugging the system, tested the capability parameter and carried on the error analysis to the test result.
