Engine Parameter Acquisition Display System is an important member of Helicopter Seat Room Display System, and is made of Engine Parameter Acquisition Unit (EPU) and Engine Parameter Display (EPD).EPU is joined with Engine Electronic Controller, Fuel Manage System, Engine and Accumulator by the wire. It acquire the parameter of engine, for example, analog signals, frequency signals and discrete signals, etc. Then Data processing, compare data and operation is executed. At last EPU communicates the data to EPD and other equipment of the helicopter by theRS-422A.Firstly, the dissertation expatiate the develop of EPU's software and hardware. The hardware is a data acquisition system based on the PS multiprocessor architecture. The principal processor is floating DSP TMS320C31PQ made in Texas Instrument and the subordinate processor is fixing DSP TMS320F240 made in Texas Instrument. The ANSI-C language is used in the development of software.Secondly, I completed the design of real time multitask software based on uC/OS-II. uC/OS-II is a kind of embedded RTOS that has a preemptive kernel. The code of uC/OS-II is downloaded from the internet. The kernel of uC/OS-II is analyzed penetratingly and successfully ported on the TMS320C31PQ.Finally, the emulator software based on virtual instrument is introduced, and it is used in the system test of EPU.
