Pervious concrete is a kind of functional material which could reduce the burden on the environment,natural symbiotic coordination and the construction of the mankind comfortable living environment. Currently pervious concrete has been made some research works, but the theory was not been done enough and deeply,and the application of technology was not perfect. If we want to achieve wider application ,we need to do a lot of work.Above the problems, we consulted the test methods for ordinary concrete, improved the porosity testing methods,permeability test method (laboratory) and the apparent strength and elementary strength test method of pervious concrete. We used these test methods for testing, focusing on the size effect and the apparent density of the study. Among them, test methods of apparent strength and elementary strength are promethean in today's pervious concrete researches. Apparent density is a new method which based on the large area of road construction.The topics conducted a series of studies for different porosity, different sizes and different water-cement ratio of pervious concrete .Form the 270 test data regression analysis of different porosity permeability of concrete strength ratio : 10% porosity. f100/10/f150/10 =1.003. f200/10/f150/10 =0.71; for 15% porosity. f100/15/f150/15 =1.09. f200/15/ f150/15=0.67; for 20% porosity. f100/20/f150/20 =1.22. f200/20/ f150/20=0.56. Referring to the factors of size effect on the ordinary concrete, we get the main factors of size effect on pervious concrete were vibration pressure and water content of the mud. Slurry more, the effect of forming greater impact under the greater the pressure, the greater the impact under the smaller the size.In the apparent density test, of the apparent strength is built strength and fracture porosity research, we analyzed the strength, porosity and the relationship between water-cement ratio, and through regression, and got four formulas. According to analysis, we could use the formula⑴,⑵in concrete mix design, reference and calculation. Among them, we could get other two by knew anyone in the intensity or the water-cement ratio;⑷can be used to detect with the accuracy of the design and to be amended. Moreover, the formula⑶density forecast apparent road-intensity available.
