| The fast and uneven change of temperature brings residual stress anddeformation to steel structure, whenever in the manufactory or in buildingsite. The former reduces the stiffness of high-rise steel structure andelastic bearing capacity while the later increases second-order effects ofsteel frame. The influence of welding on bearing capacity of high-risesteel structure could not be ignored, so that the research has greatpractical significance. The total process of moving heat flux welding of beam-to-columnjoints is simulated with finite element program, and the residual stressdistribution and deformation are obtained, which are considered in theplanar model of steel frame as initial condition. Second-order effects andmaterial nonlinearity were included during analyzing the bearing capacityof steel structure, it's stress and deformation are discussed with the result of steel frame with no residual stress and deformation. As a result, theinfluence of residual stress and deformation should be regarded. Thereare two different welding orders that from center to side and from side tocenter during building steel frame-core wall structures. This workemploys the technique of element birth and death to simulate the differentwelding orders. Residual stress distribution, deformation and their effecton bearing capacity are also analyzed, and that the order from center toside is more reasonable way than the other. |
