Research And Design Of Oven Temperature Tracker

With the development of science and technology, products of the moment should not only have extensive functions to attract more consumers, but also should have pretty appearance. Most familiar manufactures are automobiles, home wirings, other small components and so on. They all have to go through the paint-drying procession, so spray-paint and then drying turns into an essential procedure. In order to obtain a prime drying purpose, we have to get used to the temperature distribution in oven, influence that shape of components to temperature distribution and temperature sensitive process, then design the best drying channel. The oven temperature acquisition system described in this text can fulfill the multi-point and real-time requests and can also supply reliable data for research of temperature distribution in oven and temperature sensitive process of components. The text expounds the whole design of the oven temperature acquisition system in details. This system uses the AT89C51 as its CPU, and 4-channel K-thermocouples as its temperature acquisitive sensor. The chip MAX6675 will convert the signal, and the single chip will read the values and store them in AT24C512 EEPROM. After measuring, the single chip reads those temperature data from AT24C512 EEPROM, and passes them to the host computer through serial communicating ship MAX232. The host computer makes use of the particular software developed in this text to accept and deal with the data acquiring by the oven temperature acquisition system. To deal with the data includes drawing 4 time-temperature cures, displaying all the temperature data, printing and storing all the data and curves of varying temperature.The oven temperature tracker studied in this paper has a special designed adiabatic case, so it can go into the high-temperature drying channel with the hot-working components, and record the whole temperature sensitive process.The oven temperature tracker has been tested in real drying workshop, and it can fulfill all the requirements.
