| Power transformer is an important equipment of power supply system.Its quality and reliability are directly related to the reliability and security of power supply system.Power transformer test is to verify whether the performance of transformer products meets the requirements of relevant standards or technical conditions.One of the important contents is the temperature rise test of power transformer.It takes a long time and a lot of data,and consumes a lot of energy.It is very important to improve the automation level of the temperature rise test of power transformer.Therefore,this paper designs and develops an automatic test system for temperature rise test data,which can automatically measure and record the temperature of power transformer during the test process.It has the advantages of high integration,rich functions and strong practicability.In this paper,the test standard and process of power transformer are deeply studied,and the data acquisition and recording standards of temperature rise test are analyzed and summarized.On this basis,a hardware design scheme of USB communication with host computer is proposed,which uses system-level single chip microcomputer C8051F060 to replace many independent peripherals and uses USB communication controller C8051F320 to realize USB communication with host computer.Two the controller communicates through serial port.C8051F060 integrates peripheral resources include two 16-bit A/D,one 8-channel 10-bit A/D,multiple digital I/O ports and other resources to meet the requirements of temperature rise test data recording system to record multi-channel temperature signals and fan switching signals.C8051F320 greatly simplifies the implementation of USB communication by using the API functions and drivers provided by Silicon labs.The hardware structure has the advantages of high integration,abundant functions and strong expansibility,and reduces the difficulty of software design.A complete software system including lower firmware program and host computer application program is designed.The multi-channel temperature signal is recorded,processed and stored at the same time.Finally,the deficiencies of the system design and the next direction of improvement are analyzed. |
