In addition, it is affected the influence of geological and climatic factor seriously. Stability and use of road was affected enormously. It caused the difficulty which constructed first-class highway in the northeast cold area to enlarge. Therefore, it is imminent to research soft soil settlement of ground question in the northeast cold area. This article depends on the research topic of road soft soil ground processing in federal highway G 111 QiQi'har to the Nehe River section. The soft soit project nature and settlement of ground rule were research detailed in the northeast cold area. The reference was provied for the design and construction control in the similar soft soil ground that in the cold area first-class highway construction.The single axle compressive test was used in this research, the compression and solidify parameter was determined which under the differently solidifies pressure. the computation of ground solidifies and the earth computation parameter etermination method were proposed, which under the Dutch function graduation with bag sand well processing road soft soil ground. The computed result and the scene actual monitor value will carry on the contrast and analysis. It obtains that this experimental road section be able to satisfy the request after using packed bag sand well to process. It satified that the method of settlement computation is reasonable quantity and feasible.
